Community Meeting Wednesday November 18th            

Be a part of the planning process for the Riverbottom Park and Schneider Ranch Habitat Restoration Project 

A community meeting to discuss the restoration plans for the Riverbottom Park and Schneider Ranch Habitat Restoration Project. 

 When:   Wednesday, November 18th, 2015.           6:00-7:00pm

 Where: Liddell Elementary School, 5455 W Alluvial Ave., Fresno, CA 93722

 

Work has begun on a 147 acre restoraion project at the Riverbottom Park and Schneider Ranch properties in Fresno and Madera counties. The project aims to increase native plant habitat, reduce invasive plant species, to provide benefits for wildlife. Learn more about the project, future public recreation and river access plans within the San JOaquin River Parkway, and current trends in river restoration, including the return of salmon and water to our river. Make your voice heard and help the project partners improve the restoration planning process by getting involved in upcoming events.
